Site Approved — 4345 Liberty Avenue
The Apex site plan moved to its Liberty Avenue location, a three-acre lot with room for parking and future expansion.
Permits & Final City Meetings
Permits have been approved and final city planning commission meetings are complete.
Site Work — Utilities & Retention Ponds
Utilities are being installed and the retention ponds are being built. The site is taking shape every day — a huge milestone toward bringing Vermilion's premier strength and bodybuilding facility to life.
Building Construction
The next big step. Vertical construction covers the strength floor, posing room, recovery spaces, locker rooms, and lobby.
Grand Opening
Doors open with full 24/7 app-based access live from day one. We'll announce the date here first, as soon as construction gives us one we can stand behind.
